By combining multiple manufacturing processes within a single machine, it is also possible to produce a wide variety of non-rotationally symmetric geometries.
Completing the entire machining process on one machine – without downstream steps such as grinding or broaching – is not only cost-efficient, but also enables the achievement of extremely tight tolerances and high surface quality. This personnel-optimized production approach saves time and prevents handling-related errors.
Thanks to our proprietary 360° camera inspection system, we are also able to sort produced components based on chip-free status (especially comma-shaped chips). This helps prevent leaks and subsequent damage in fluid-carrying systems, for example.
