Quality

Connecting element between b&m and our customers

The customer requirements are the benchmark for the quality of our products and services. The worldwide use and marketing of our products require the consistent maintenance and further development of a high level of quality.

We achieve this through a systematic, internationally standardized and certified quality and environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, which continuously checks results, compares them with objectives and implements improvements (PDCA). In addition to continuous product and process optimization, this includes in particular the continuous qualification and further training of our employees.

We systematically analyze error causes and eliminate them effectively and sustainably. For this purpose, our trained specialists have state-of-the-art measuring and testing methods and a modular CAQ system at their disposal, which is applied throughout the whole b&m Group.
