Founded in 1932 as a local screw dealer, today globally positioned as a member of the Würth Group:
baier & michels (b&m), headquartered in Ober-Ramstadt, stands out as a leading manufacturer of high‑quality metallic precision parts in the fields of cold forming and machining. In addition to cold‑extruded components for fastening solutions, our core focus includes closure elements and sealing systems developed and manufactured in-house.
Our capabilities are further enhanced by a chipless manufacturing process for drivetrain-related components featuring complex profiles, particularly in the actuator segment. Our customers include players across a wide range of manufacturing industries, such as automotive, mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, forestry technology, and medical technology.

What drives b&m are solutions that cannot be achieved with conventional market technologies.
