Boys & Girls Day at baier & michels

The nationwide action day for career orientation, which promotes the idea of a career and study choice free of role stereotypes took place on April 28, 2022.
b&m invited five children between 11 – 16 years on behalf of this initiative. The girls visited the IT, technics and logistics areas while the boys got to know the reception and household management, sales and marketing departments better. After a well-deserved lunch break with delicious regional food, all the students took part in a guided tour of the company’s own production halls.
At the end of the event, there was a feedback and farewell session with the organizers from the Knowledge Transfer department, including a group photo in sunny Rohrbach.
We are already looking forward to next year!
