One of the challenges of composite construction is to join different materials in a process-safe manner. A b&m direct screwing system developed by us scores particularly well with highly stressed component connections in crash-relevant components, whether in steel or aluminum: the b&m-HIGHLOAD®.

Its use is recommended to achieve a plus in stability and safety. For instance, when the enormous transverse forces acting on the threaded connection have to be absorbed – such a situation requires exceptionally high preload forces. They can effectively prevent slippage of the fastened component, whether it is an integral carrier, seat or battery.
